Hi !

I've just downloaded the latest version of WinUAE (0.4.3 build1).

And I've got a sound problem: there is a latency, I mean, the sound is produced something like 5 secs after the moment as I was supposed to hear it.

Am I the only 1 that has this problem ?
Is there a solution, or must I wait for a new version of WinUAE ?

See ya :)

Get a decent soundcard.

I've got a Sound Blaster 128 PCI, which is enough for emulation ...

I have a sound blaster Live which have problems running the emulation. If I let the emulator pull the speed it can I get framerates around 10-15, if I disable sound emulation I get 200-300

But it would seem you have the R1 build. R2 have been made and some of the latency problems have been fixed.

Thanx !

I didn't know that a new version ( release2) had been released :)
I'm gonna try it, hoping that there won't be this boring sound problem !

see ya :)

Try setting the sound buffer to 2. Worked for me. Make sure interpolation is disabled.

Or you can use the latest version of winuae 0.8.16 r2

Works for me too..

Moving the sound buffer to 2 is a good solution.
In 0.8.16 R3 the sound problem should have been corrected...
