impossible to deconnect ????????? please help

look at the pictures please, i try to desactived my connexion but i have an error message, how could i correct this ?

maybe if you go in DEVICE MANAGER (right click on My Computer -> Hardware -> Device Manager) and locate the device, right-click it and select DISABLE
that will disable the ethernet card and the connection

I did a virus scan with antivir, it saw nothing !!!!!
Can you advice me a better antivirus ????
