req: Devpac3 and SAS-C

Hi, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if there was anywhere I could find the above development apps. I've looked all over with no luck, :(
I used to program with both, and would like to get back into Amiga development. I'm currently scouring ebay for a decent Amiga setup but have no idea how much I should be paying nowadays... Any ideas?
