Ok I finaly found a place were I can get a 2M null modem cable (£1.50, pitty the minimum order is £25) and im going to have the chance to get my Amiga hooked up to my PC over x-mas, but to do the null modem transfer I need to write a small programe in Amiga Basic (so the FAQ + How To tells me) It should be on the Extras disk but I cant find it (im using WB 2.05) can any one help?

Alternatively, if you dont have access to the 1.3 disk, you can also use TwinExpress. Its on Aminet I think.

Could you modify the code to run under AMOS/Blitz Basic ?

I think I will have the same problem - you need an Amiga PC-disk-reading/transferring ap to be able to transfer anything from PC/to PC. It's a chicken-egg situation if you have none of those! I just hope my Amiga Format Crossdos coverdisk isn't corrupt when I come to try it.

I remember the early days of the Amiga trying to code in Amiga Basic - it was horrible !! I almost gave up on trying to develop anything on the Amiga until AMOS came along !

I was learning DevPac/M68000 but lost interest when I started working on PC's.
