possible HOL manual download oversight

Hi all,

Is there a server timeout/time limit for how long HOL will let you download a manual (I noticed the download name includes a date and timestamp)?

I've been trying to download the manual to Astaroth and on my home connection it does every time around the 8.13MB stage (home connection is about 50KB/s, 512/512 ADSL), but this morning at work (110KB/s download) it got to around 11MB and stopped.

Both time the error message is:

Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file or disk


I'm guessing that the server settings (probably the application pool) are cleaning up the temp file before it can be finished downloading.

Can someone look into it please?

Good analyse, HOL is purging the requested files after 15min.
This timeout have been updated to one hour.

ps: the current Astaroth manual zip pack is arround 12MB

I was going to report that I definately thought it was a cleanup issue as I managed to download the manual to something else (Garrison I think) as it was only a small-size file.
