Extended adf

Hi all,
exists somewhere a list of all games hacked in this format? Seems that adf disk image games are becoming severall.

Because this are not *real* amiga disk image, should not be created a separate tosec entry?

All extended adf's should be marked in the dats, so a quick search should find a list of those included so far at least.

I see that with extended adf is possible to "join" two or more game disk in one game disk; how it work? For example, we will have an 160 track disk instead of two 80 track disk, or simply 80 "bigger" track?

There is an official documentation for this fashion "dirty hack" standard?
