Capital Punishment ADF

I would like to know if an ADF version of this game exists.

TOSEC version is in HDF format.

Any way to convert a HDF file in an ADF file ?
Any way to transfert a HDF file to a real amiga ?

Basically there is no sense in ADF version of Capital Punishment because it runs only from hard disk (the same as Slam Tilt, for example). Even if you manage to find Capital Punishment distributed in ADF form, there is no possibility that you run game from it without installing it first on the hard disk.
