Once again a name of a game slipped my mind:
It is a soft-erotic point’n’click adventure by Coktel Vision in 1992. You play a stewardess who takes a shower in a hotel the beginning of the game. Her quest is to solve a murder-case (I think). Anyone know the title?

How could I forgot this title? In the point'n'click adventures thread I wanted to mention this game in a thread about possible adventure games.
Anyone ever finished it? I have a crack of Fascination which has some saved games of different parts of the game. I find the user-interface too small and cumbersome to be playable.

That's an unfortunate flaw of many Coktel vision games. The lack of control. They did it well in Gobliiins and the two following games, but there were other games by Coktel vision like Lost in time (I think it was) which though it looked great had a lacking interface just as Inca did. This made the games a bother to play at times which is somewhat a shame.

Akira, it seems you have managed to stick longer with this game than I do. -Very impressive. ;)
The few occasions I have played Fascination I got stuck in a telephone booth. This game has sooo many codes it is not funny anymore. Maybe I don't have the patience to play an adventuregame. The main reason I still have this game in my possesion is because of its cool titlemusic.

This brings me to an additional question: the title tune of Fascination is created by an artist called Moby. Could it be THE Moby (of Go, Porcelain, Feeling so Real- fame)? Or is it the same Moby who also created funky tunes for an Amiga demo called [I]Arte (1994)?

You know Tim, I was just gonna ask the same thing. Noticed the name the moment I looked at the screenshot. ;)

But what proof is there to say that Moby the artist didn't make the music for Arte? ;)

It's the "Arte" Moby aka Frédéric Motte. A French guy who created quite a lot of music for games and demos on various platforms (Evasive Action, SCout, Tiny Skweeks, Pac-in-Time, Cougar Force, Breakline and so on).

He has nothing to do with the the Moby. On the MOD Anthology collection he is quoted saying "And NO, I've nothing to do with that MOBY who releases some techno CDs. If anyone could kill him, I'd be grateful." :D

Thanks for solving the Moby mystery. I always had the feeling it wasn't famous-Moby who was responsible for the Amiga tunes. There could be a possibility he produced some songs like Jean-Michel Jarre did in Captain Blood.
Nevertheless I also like Amiga-Moby's tunes.

I always assumed it was the Jean-Michel Jarre who was responsible for the title tune of this game. I have looked up the
Zzap review (http://www.zzap64.org/fullissues/zzap046/zzap460073.jpg) of Captain Blood and they say it is a remix of his song Ethnicolor.
It is a nice song but I wish the samples were more crystal-clear.

Ahhh, I thought Jarre took an Amiga and tracked the song himself. That would be quite a novelty!
