Ever wondered how many of your DMS/ADF/ADZ archives are infected with a virus? I have - I checked my collection for bootblock viruses and here is what I found:

I figure that many others will have the same ADFs, so you might be infected too.

I've attached a ROMCenter DAT in case you want to search for these infected disks. I tried to create a CLRMame one, but it wouldn't work (I'm sorry!).

BTW, the _O or _Orig means that it's from an original, so it's probably from a boxed copy which I bought and has become infected due to the previous owners not write-protecting the disks (Starglider 1 was like this).

I have only found a handful of viruses on the disks I have downloaded, but when I do find them, I just fix the disk (after capturing the virus, of course). I have a nice collection of viruii. Been collecting them for years. When I was first learning programming, my debut project was going to be Deluxe Virus Construction Set. :)

I'm 99.9% sure my old library of software is virus free, though.
