How many Amiga games are out there?

I wonder how many Amiga games exists. Hol shows 5905 entries. But there are a lot of games count twice or more.

for example:
-CD32, aga, ecs versions of games
-2 names in different languages for the same game: Auf Der Suche Nach Dem Vogel Der Zeit = Quest For The Time-Bird, Ninja three = Last Ninja 3

How many individual games are out there?

About 5905 + the rest, I reckon.

I'd say about 2-3000 commercial and god knows how many PD/SW/LW/GW/CW etc...

The statistics on the front page of the HOL give a more accurate figure (5,098) than a count of the results returned from a search of all games (5,905). The front page sum accounts for all entries while the results of the search account for all names.
