Kickstart 1.3 and GCC or VBCC? [Archive]

Is it possible to target Kickstart 1.3 with Geek Gadget 1.3 or VBCC?

If so, any idea where I can obtain the necessary library (amiga.lib?)?

Eliminating libnixmain seems to have fixed it.
