I've been looking for a manual for this game for a very long time and searched all over the internet. Dose anybody have a manual of this game? Please, scan it. The version doesn't matter. A PC manual will do just fine.

why do you need the manual where a walkthrough would do fine?

the map which is in it is easy to find but i can scan it for you if you need it.

I need the manual a lot in this game to know the right police procedures. I don't want to use a walkthrough because that's cheating. It ruins the whole game. I've already got the map so you don't have to scan it for me. Thank you anyway!
