Disk2Fdi Problems

I downloaded this little proggy the other day put a second 3 1/2 drive in my PC. The problem is that everytime i put an Amiga disk into the floppy it tells me that the disk is not formatted :( I've tried them on a friends a500 and the disks aren't faulty so i wonder if my settings are wrong. Could someone please help :)

Thanks s4marai for the reply :) What i did was put the amiga disk in drive a and the PC formatted disk in drive b. I then typed DISK2FDI /S A: FILENAME and the drives whirred a bit then the message came that a drive wasn't formatted... I think i have screwed up somewhere but i cant see where :D
