This Patch Disk is about as rare as you can get - it was only sent out to people who specifically contacted Team17 asking for it, and as there were only 5,000 copies of WormsDC sold and less than a quarter of those people actually asked for a copy of the disk, it's quite difficult to get hold of. I know of one person who has it, and he's placed it on his site in .DMS format, but I can't for the life of me remember his website address.

Now AFAIK this disk was created in-house when requested as opposed to mass-produced, but it would be great if someone could get hold of an original copy and IPF it so I could stick it up on my website (Dream17 (http://www.dream17.co.uk)) alongside the IPF download for WormsDC itself. I've tried contacting Team17 in the past and they no longer have the disk data anymore, so if you can find a copy then good luck to you.

There are various bugs that are fixed using the Patch Disk:

The Ninja Rope is now more reliable and doesn't spontaneously fling you half-way across the landscape, loding you in solid rock or sending you off of the screen.
The Action Replay Code is repaired - replaying weapons such as Dynamite, Old Woman, Ming Vase, Sheep etc. (all "high level explosives") should now replay what actually happened instead of playing a different possible outcome as the game tended to do every few replays.
Loading and Saving of Option sets now works, although the game still crashes if you load/save an Option set whilst using the BOING, BETONG ASNA or TOTAL WORMAGE cheats )i.e. anything that changes the behavour/apeparance of the grenade on the menus).
Loading WormsDC from Workbench on low-memory machiens (i.e. 2MB) becomes more reliable.
The ADF version of WormsDC I have up at Dream17 currently includes the Patch Disk.
