I've always left the default setting of no signatures in the past and never thought anything about it. However, since we upgraded to V3, before logging in, I noticed people’s sigs for the first time and realised that you lot are sensible and don't have huge OTT rubbish in them.

Due to this, I've now left sigs on.

Who here actually has this setting enabled?

I didnt have them on until very recently, now I cant be bothered to go turn them off.

At least they arent as bad as some sigs you see on other forums....like huge pictures after every post! :rolleyes

Yes, I have them turned on. However, as soon as huge images or texts longer than the average post start appearing, they'll be gone.

I've never even thought about them, or more in the way I've never been annoyed by them here so all the other boards just feel like crap.

That and when ppl just quote a whole post and don't even wright something themselves.. if you agree just say so.

Always had them on. Never been offended by any of them either content-wise or size-wise.

On unless people have sigs that exceed roughly 140px in height, in which case I complain and if that doesn't sort it, I turn sigs off.

It's another form of spam. Imagine reading a book or magazine with adverts between every paragraph - it would be pretty annoying.

You can get used to signatures, but when you have to work to separate what's being said from the useless quotes, poems and ever-so-clever pieces of comedy something's wrong!

I don't mind signatures if there is an option to turn them off.
