Very nice, so how long until somebody starts working on a method to dump the images back to disk?

We made some very peliminary investigations about a year ago, which resulted in this (http://www.caps-project.org/articles.php?id=remaster). However, doing this properly (we will not do anything less) requires significant time and money, both of which all of us are short on right now.

It will happen eventually. Just not for a while yet.
