I just got hold of a tutorial disk entitled "The Very First" by Commodore, is it worth archiving as an ADF at all?

What does it contain exactly ?
And BTW, when I bought my Amiga 500 (june 1989), it had some kind of tutorial disk shipped with (though I don't remember what it was called). Can it be found as an adf somewhere ?
BTW (2), is it possible to find scanned documentation (as pdf files) for the A500 and A1200 (AmigaOS, Workbench, ARexx), eventually in french language ?

Before which you would have had to turn the Amiga on and insert this disk to see how to do it :lol
