A good platform game, sideways and upwards scrolling but the thing I remember most was the rising water level. If you didn't climb fast enough you'd drown. I think it was made by Pygnosis or something, pretty good graphics from memory as well. The thing you controlled wasn't human, more like a alien/reptilian type dude.

Well, it was also a cute game, so it's probably not what you wanted... but Rainbow Islands of course had rising water too.

Yeah, perhaps they should first start to make Nebulas 1 and 2...
