Hey there. I have 38 releases now but the last time I checked is weeks (months?) ago. Now I checked again and there's still no more. Are there really just 38 games released or did I miss some ? Is there somewhere a list where I can check which games are already released by you ?

:shocked
wow! Where have you been?
Ok first things first, CAPS don't release the files as such, of course they do give the files to the people who contributed the games.
That means that all 800 on the CAPS page have been 'released'
it's just that some people aren't sharing for whatever reason.
Now I'm not sure how many CAPS releases there have been with scans, but the latest TOSEC CAPS dat has 319 releases in it, and so all these 319 are in 'wild' so to speak, although since then the number is more like 327.
Obviously I can't say where to get them from, but once things are in TOSEC dats they normally become well spread, so you obviously haven't looked hard enough ;)

Go to www.caps-project.org and click on the 'games' link in the top right.
It should list 800 releases for ya!
Oooh and you can now order them in reverse order too!

Thanks to you guys. You're right, I didn't think of looking into tosec.
I asked because it first seemed to me that CAPS would spread one or two releases every few weeks. I thought they'd to this with all the games.

You won't believe what we had to do to in SQL to ensure null values appear at the bottom of the sort. Grr.

What is listed is at least sent to one contributor. I actually have a huge backlog of those ones I need to send to other contributors - which I really hope I can do soon - which probably explains the availiability of the rest.

@ sort lists: Well it really is extremely handy so thanks a lot for getting it up and running.

Actually, the main reason we rewrote it was the old version was a huge hack / big bunch of s****. :D and it would have been hack-upon-hack to add any features.
Its nice now though. I like it. :cheese

Awwwww.
Everyone give Fiath a hug, he has to put up with dialup. ;)
I do feel for you, I've had it for 3 days and already I want to kill everyone in my house. (That and the fact I've been off work sick for the last 3 days and I feel soooo bad)
Good luck uploading all those caps images (some of mine if you like ;)) with the 56k, i know you love it really.

My god a lot of CAPS releases have surfaced over the last week!!!
A BIG thanks to Quader for upping a large amount of new ones (deleted), I've added them to my collection.
I'm currently downloading some more files... (deleted).
Should be about 350 ipf's available after I download these ones.

Sorry guys, but your posts are getting far too near the "where to find CAPS releases" mark.
I hate to be a censor, but rules are rules.
Please try not to discuss this stuff here.
