The title screen is not the one Cody made, that's the loading pic (appears when the main game is loading) I think the proper one is this one:

Yes, you're right.

I've altered the entry - the Unreleased image is currently being displayed but RCK is going to change it so that 'unreleased, but available' games have a DBS (as opposed to unreleased, but unavailable games with no graphics).
