I seem to remember this given away free with a magazine (prob Zero) before those rules banning complete commercial titles going on coverdiscs. I remember it was quite cool, but lost the magazine which had the manual protection info in it.

I thought it was vaxine - but when I tried it - I dont think its the game I remember. It was a long time ago - and many brain cells have been lost since then. (Vaxine looks like a follow up to sphericule/e-motion)

Did this game exist? Was it vaxine? Why did I think it was? Am I going mad?

Archipelagos and Vaxine was free game with Amiga Format 24 (July 1991). But I don't think they are connected.

Seems like your mixing up things here:

- Vaxine is the sequel to E-Motion
- The correct name for "Sphericule" is Spherical
- AFAIK, Archipelagos never had any sequel, not sure though

Edit: Are you looking for The Sentinel?

Cheers for the info. I've probably just got mixed up. Its been doing my head in.

Incidently - 'The sentinel' - what a game. Playing this for 16hr long sessions finally killed my Spectrum!

Sphericule IS in fact E-Motion, made by U.S. Gold, while Spherical is a whole different game, made by Rainbow Arts.

Thanks. Info confirmed as correct and added to HOL notes.

About SPHERICULE: could this be the title of the pre-release of E-Motion?
Does anyone know where this game was sold under the name 'Sphericule'?
