Dragons Breath and Kick Off 2

Dragons Breath - there is no apostrophe on the 's (i.e. not Dragon's Breath). This is true for in-game and packaging.

My Kick Off 2 is called "Kick Off 2 + World Cup 90" as indeed the disk scan in HOL seems to imply. So I guess this implies there was an original Kick Off 2 and another later one with World Cup 90 stuff (stats, teams and player names I guess) added, but there is only one "Kick Off 2" entry in HOL.

This is also consistant with the info posted at the "KO - The Gathering" forum here:

Thanks, Fiath. I have updated the spelling for Dragons Breath. I added the name Kick Off 2 + World Cup 90, but haven't created the entry yet because I need for someone with an original to identify that World Cup 90 part. If it's just new data for KO2, then fine. But there is a game from Genias with the name World Cup 90 and if the disk contains both games, I need to know this, as well. Or maybe it's a different game altogether, who knows?

So, who has this game to test?

I think it *may* be just the data set, but I could be wrong. I certainly have not seen any separate game to play, to be honest, I don't see much difference at all, but then this is the only version of KO2 I have...

The best thing to do is ask the KO-Gathering guys, I'll go ask them in a bit unless maniax or stainy see this first...

Differences are :

WC90 edition has exactly that.. you can play the WC.. and it`s for unexpanded A500`s

The Exp version has extra features for 1meg machines.. and no WC.
Things like, extra sound effects, linesmen..overhead kicks and it loads in one go, as apposed to loading when you select different kits and pitches.
There was no WC selection.. just the special events option ( to load data disks with teams and tactics on )

P.s World Cup 90 is a totally different game entirely..

Twistin... they were two different games.. I have uploaded scans for both in my folder in the upload area.. I reckon it warrants two entries... and what about the data disks???

In Kick Off 2 Plus World Cup'90 if you go to "Special Events" you'll find the "World Cup" there.

Stainy: Cool, thanks. So I know I have got this right, is the "normal" Kick Off 2 "mode" also present since it is Kick Off 2 + WC90? Otherwise, I guess I have never played the "real" Kick Off 2.
